This  e-education solution was provided for a  US based education portal  for the purpose of educating people in English Language. This flexible online classroom solution consisted to classes for the student to choose from. Each class had text, audio ,animation and video aids to learn English language and  the student had to appear for an online test to test his knowledge at the end of each lesson. The teachers had their own secure area where they could see the students who enrolled for their classes,create lessons  directly by using a pre-existing lesson repository ,or creating lessons of their own. The statistical analyzer module helped them track the progress of the students –lesson-wise,class-wise and overall. The students also could monitor their own progress and test performances. The Administrator  users controlled  the access of students and teachers to the system as well as add on to the pre-existing lesson repository.They could also analyze the popularity of the teachers and the performance of the students , manage student enrollment costs for different levels and analyze the revenue earned  from the students.

Summary:

This  online learning solution was provided for a  leading  Training Company in India. The purpose of this solution was to create an online virtual classroom for more effective training. The learning modes were manifold –screen cast learning, Video lectures , e-study mats, Personal Trainer chat sessions and online adaptive tests and assignments. Students could enroll themselves for particular training programs online by  going through the online registration process and payment. After a review of his/her application , the accepted student were allowed access to their virtual classroom where they could use the online library,video vault and chat sessions to effectively train themselves. An effective e-notice system was used in conjuncture  with the classroom to display important notices. Student performance was measured by the sytem through tests and assignments. The system also has a secure access trainers area who could login and create  study topics,study materials ,tests and assignments and monitor the students performance.
