The  solution involved in developing an online system for interested fresh applicants to apply for membership under a particular zone for a particular business category.The application process involved instant verification of some important data by making  querying certain third party information servers, application document management, transforming a large number of application process constraints into an intuitive and easy to use interface  and payment gateway integration for  application fees collection. The backend required multiple access level based administrator roles for different zones and the head office. The back-end functionality also involved role based  multiple process oriented application data verification by admin users and  generation of the membership certificate on successful completion of the complex verification process. For the Existing applicant, the system also had to provide an interface for application status check, communication with the verifiers and submitting further information and documents if necessary.

This web application was built to help a cooperative society  to manage its operation smoothly. The admin panel functionalities involved  member enrollment, member account management, monthly payment collection, Loan Request processing, Dividend calculation and mail/SMS notification system. Each member was provided with their secure access account area where they could get their account statement, make loan request applications, check loan request  status and view Account notifications. This solution was developed for a SEO company in United Kingdom, who wanted to sell their SEO packages and services online. The salient functional features of the system was the ability to create single and group products(packages) and  usage based products.
