Requirement Summary

The client wanted to  provide the property buyers,sellers and agents with a platform to showcase their property,search for properties and communicate with one another to make the right property deal . They wanted their  customers to have an online real estate listing and communication software that is very easy to use – with easy property listing post with images and video, quick ,flash based interactive maps and advanced  property search, quick and easy internal communication system .Another important requirement  was to provide them with a site administration panel that would be  incredibly easy to set up and administer .

The provided solution

The solution that we provided  covered the following aspects of his business:

1. User Signup: Single user account can be used to buy and/or sell/rent properties. Users can sign up as a Property Owner, Real Estate Agent, Developer Investor, and Property Seeker. For a limited time only, (during Beta testing) we will offer users the ability to list their property absolutely free of charge whether it is for rent or sale.
   
   Property Owners - will be able to post a limited amount of listings at no cost.
   
   Real Estate Agents and Developer Investor(s) - will be able to list an unlimited amount of listings. A per listing fee is to be applied. A Branding feature will also be offered. The fees and the period can be set up by site administrator.
2. Package/Payment Management

16. Photos : Photos are to be displayed professionally using an Open Source PHP Photo Gallery System. Users will be able to sort what photos are to be displayed first.
17. Articles : Visitors can submit articles and these articles will be published in the site after the moderators review and approve them. The subjects of these articles are to be related to real estate, overseas living, vacation purposes, and more. The article can be a country guide, a guide to buying real estate in a certain region, or about the region itself. A user can describe their experience of moving to another country or any type of information that can be of use to visitors. The purpose of the articles section is to provide a way for the users to enrich the content of the site. These articles can be tagged with the locations (country, state, and city) and can be served as additional information for resource for the locations. All submitted articles are subject to user comments and rating. The most interesting articles will be rewarded.
18. Admin Control Panel
• Membership Management: site administrator can change the fees of the website and can change the FREE usage period (which is during the special offer "Launch" phase initially).
• Members Management: Site administrator will be able to block/unblock/edit/delete any members account. Administrator will be able to create/delete moderators or sub admin with restricted permissions.
• Listing Management: Site administrator will be able to view all the listings and he can block the listings or permanently delete them.
• FAQ/Help Management: the site administrator can manage The FAQ section.
