This solution was developed for a consumer electronics manufacturer manufacturing remote controlled smart home appliances. The main challenge while developing this solution was the fact that the entire manufacturing process comprised of several parallel and serial sub production processes like pcb fabrication, moulding etc – where the process result was either an aggregate unit or a subcomponent that is entirely different in form and measurement unit than its raw material. As a result accurate tracking of process wastage was a difficult job to do.With complex batchwise inventory movement – proper inventory movement tracking in each post-process sub-store was also a hard task-both which, the delivered solution managed to do flawlessly. |
